Hi! I’m Kasey and I believe it shouldn’t be this difficult to raise a healthy family. My goal is to be a voice of reason for those who want to improve their health but don’t know where to begin.

I have a unique perspective as a Registered Dietitian for 18 years with over a decade of experience in treating acute and chronically ill patients. My common sense, science based advice cannot be influenced by industry profits… in other words, my values will not change based on a paycheck.
I understand the chronic, metabolic diseases that are rapidly increasing among our country. I have witnessed firsthand the health consequences of our modern world. The root cause of disease begins with our diet and lifestyle habits. If you are ready for change, you are in the right place.
My Food Philosophy
No matter what “diet” you follow, I believe there are universal food principles that everyone should aim for optimized health which is centered around eating a variety of whole, natural and minimally processed foods.
1- Eat a Variety of Vegetables, Fruits, Legumes, Nuts & Seeds.
2- Eat High Quality Protein Foods.
3- Eat Healthy Fats.
4-Limit Ultra-Processed Foods.
5-Reduce Sugar Consumption.
